Admin: Loyalty Setup

In this article, you will learn how to set up Loyalty Levels for your business.
  1. Log in to the admin panel with your email and password. 
  2. At the top of the screen, navigate to System Settings ⇢ Loyalty Setup.

General Settings

  1. NEW Membership Bonus: Give customers an incentive to join your loyalty program by offering a point bonus. New loyalty accounts will receive this point bonus when they signup.
  2. ​Loyalty Question: This text is visible to your employees on the POS to prompt new customers to join. This is meant to be used as a script to keep the customer experience consistent.

Loyalty Levels

  1. Our loyalty platform consists of five gem-based levels:
    1.  Gold
    2.  Platinum
    3.  Ruby
    4.  Diamond
    5.  Black Diamond

  2. Required Minimum Points - Customize the number of points needed to reach each level
  3. Qualifying to This Level Bonus - Award bonus points to customers for reaching a new level


  1. Hit 'SAVE' at the bottom of the page to save all of your loyalty level settings.
  2. Now that your loyalty levels are set, be sure to define your ⇢ Loyalty Point Rules.
