Admin: Suggestive Up-Sell

1. Log in to the web admin panel with your username and password.
If you do not have an account yet, please contact support at support@precsionpos.com.




2. In the navigation bar go to 'System Settings' > 'Suggestive Up-Sell'.




3. Click the green plus sign to add a new suggestive up-sell rule.



Note: The display order of all rules will determine the order in which the suggestions are shown online. By default, the first four qualifying suggestions will show in a pop-up box.
Additionally, there will be a link to view ALL suggestions on one page.

4. Suggest menu items based on cart qualifiers.

YELLOW-  Suggestive Up-Sell Information:
  1. Adjust the name of the rule under 'Name'
  2. Add a description of the rule details under 'Description'.
  3. Make sure 'Active' is checked if you would like it to currently be active on your website.
GREEN -  "Did Order" Qualifiers
  1. Define which menu item(s) must be ordered to trigger the suggested item(s).
  2. Choose the menu item(s) by Menu Group. This qualifier can include 'Any Menu Item' within menu group, or a specific menu item.
  3. You may EXCLUDE specific items from this set of qualifiers.
RED-  "Did Not Order" Qualifiers
  1. Define which un-ordered menu item(s) should trigger the suggested item(s).
  2. Choose the menu item(s) by Menu Group. This qualifier can include 'Any Menu Item' within menu group, or a specific menu item.
  3. You may EXCLUDE specific items from this set of qualifiers.
PURPLE-  Suggested Menu Items
  1. Define which menu item(s) you would like to suggest to the customer based on their ordered items.
    Note: The order of the items will determine the order they are shown online.




5. Make sure to hit 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
