POS: Closing a Staff Bank

POS: Closing a Staff Bank

Closing a staff bank is a very simple operation, and in many ways very similar to closing a cash drawer.

1) First, you need to open up the banking tab. To open it, you must tap the banking icon located at the top of the page.

2) Next, hit the STAFF BANK OPERATIONS button.

3) Hit CLOSE STAFF BANK to select the employee that wishes to close their staff bank. For our example, we have been using Diane.

4) A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to close the staff bank, hit OK.

5) The final screen that appears after closing the bank will indicate how much the staff member either owes the bank, or the bank owes the staff member. In our case, Diane owes the bank $12.00.

Congratulations, you now know how to close a staff drawer.
