Credit Card Reader Not Working

Confirm that the POS and the Credit card device are plugged in to power and are connected to the internet

Step 1. Go to Main screen can click station configuration


Next Click on Credit Card Setup



Confirm that the Network IP matches. (The credit card reader's IP is a number that shows when the device is turned on)



Once you confirm that it's the same. Test the connection by clicking Test CC Connection.



If you see the following Double check the IP and try again.



This screen should say connection is established and working. If it does click save and you are all set.





If no connection, confirm wires are connected, check to make sure the green light is on, power down the (station or tablet) and the credit card reader
Wait 5 sec. restart all devices. Test again.

Reminders : Be sure that all devices are on the same network, whether its wifi or hard wired.
