Onboarding: Steps to Go-Live

This checklist is intended to be used as a self-guide for your implementation process.

Welcome! Thank you for choosing Precision POS! Welcome to the family of restaurateurs who have chosen a Point of Sale system designed, built, and supported by former industry professionals. What can you expect as you get started with your new system?

    Please fill out the below onboarding form to let our team know how we should configure your system.

  1. Site Survey

    Meet our onsite requirements

    A technician will need to evaluate your existing network and cabling to ensure it meets our site requirements for your hardware to run effectively. Please be aware that the cost of cabling services is not provided by Precision.

  1. Assisted Installation

    Plug and play

    Our tech support team will remotely help you install your hardware before/after your operating hours. If needed, onsite installs are available at an additional cost and have similar requirements.

  1. Remote Training

    Get to know your system

    Once your hardware is installed, and your menu is complete, we will schedule a web-based training session with you. We will walk you through basic daily procedures and answer any questions you may have.

  1. Go-Live!
    Go #PrecisionLive

    When your staff feels confident placing practice orders, schedule your go-live for a slower operating day (Fridays and weekends are not advised).
