*NOTE: If you have not already contacted support regarding a custom-style customer receipt, please do so now. Let your support agent know what you would like updated or removed from the receipt style you are currently using. Please note that there are limitations and not all requests may be possible.
How to update your customer receipt to a custom-style receipt:
1. Open the Point of Sale app to the login screen.
2. Click on the red gear box in the upper left-hand corner to access the Station Config.
3. You will be prompted for a security code - please enter your employee code and select 'OK' to continue.
(You may need to request permission depending on your current security settings)
4. Select the section titled, 'PRINTER / KDS SETTINGS'.
5. Scroll to the section titled, 'Receipt printer / KDS configuration'. To update the receipt style for a selected printer, change the drop-down box in the row 'PRINT / DISPLAY STYLE' to the custom style # your support agent has given you.
6. Make sure to scroll to the bottom and hit 'SAVE STATION SETTINGS' before leaving the page.
7. Hit the red 'X' in the upper left-hand corner.
8. Lastly, you will need to sync your POS. On the login screen: hold down on the Precision logo > select 'SYNC EVERYTHING'.
