Receipts: Available Options

Configurable Receipt Options

The point of sale has many receipt options that could be configured from the terminal.

This would include:

• Combine like items on a receipt (version 175+)
  
• This will group together common items on the customer receipt.  I
  
• Example:
  
• Customer Orders 1 Coors Lite Initiailly
  
• Customer Orders 1 Additional Coors Lite 10 minutes later
  
• Customer Orders 1 Additional Coors Lite 30 minutes later
  
• Customer Receipt will state 3 Coors Lite instead of 3 line items
  
• Printing Gratuities at the bottom of the receipt
  
• When enabled this will print suggestions.   By default it will be 18%, 20%, 22%, 25%
  
• Printing Even Split Suggestion
  
• This feature will start at 2 and up to the number of guests and give even split suggestion
  
• Example
  
• Total bill is 35.00 and has 5 Guests
  
• Suggestion (2) 17.50 each
  
• Suggestion (3) 11.67 each
  
• Suggestion (4) 8.75 each
  
• Suggestion (5) 7.00 each
  
• Group Items By Seat (available in future release)
  
• Print Beverages On Bottom of Receipt (available in future release)
  

HOW TO CONFIGURE

This has to be done on every terminal / handheld.

1. On the login screen hit the gear box in the upper left corner and enter an access code that has authority to do this update
   
2. Click "Printer Settings"
   
3. Look under "Customer Receipt Printing Options"
   
4. Set your options and scroll to the bottom and click save
