Instructions On Online Orders or 3rd Party Orders Not Printing

In this guide, we will show you what to do if online orders are not printing to your kitchen printers. If online orders do not go to the POS please call (570) 468-8752 for assistance.

1. Select Station Configuration And Use Your Code To Log In



2. Select Remote Order Retrieval & Alerts





3. Check All POS Enabled Devices To Make Sure Only 1 Device Is Enabled 





4. Select Disable Printing Remote Orders On The Device That Is Enabled For Checking Remote Orders And Then Save



5. Re-enable Printing Remote Orders On Same Device And Save





6. Hold Power Button On The POS And Restart/Reboot The POS

      - Once Rebooted, Online Orders Will Start Printing
      - If Online Orders Still Do Not Print, Call Support At (570) 468-8752
