Tips & Tricks for Using the Knowledge Base

We've put together a few of our favorite tricks for navigating our support library.
Finding the information you need should be as easy as entering a Quick Order. Here's a few pro tips to impress your friends.
 
In addition to the Table of Contents and Related Articles on the right side
of each page, you'' also find Tags on articles. Clicking a tag will display a list
of other articles with the same or similar topics.

      

If you'd like a clean reading area, click on the Reader View icon and we'll clean
up the page and hide the menus on the right side for a neat and clean view with
fewer distractions.

      

We'll even remember this setting for the other articles you visit. Just click
that icon again and we'll put those sidebars right back where they were for you.

You can also change the font size and the width of this site's content.
Just click on that A' at the top right of your browser window.

      

Here you can change the Font Size or set pages to Full Width to take
advantage of larger screens.

You aren’t the only ones who use Breadcrumbs at work. We do too.

At the top of each article, you'll see a trail that shows the categories and
sub categories that you can follow back to where you started.

      

We love your feedback. You're our best source of ideas for new features, improvements,
and sometimes even squashing bugs. At the bottom of articles you'll find tools to let us
know how we're doing and even share links on your favorite social media accounts.
