POS: OLO Not Printing or Appearing on KDS
After checking to make sure device is connected to the right network and all other options failed to have the OLO orders appear on the KDS or to print, this will be the next step.
1. Select Station Configuration
2. Select Order Retrieval
3. Disable Remote and Timed Order Check on all terminals or devices that have the POS Software and save settings
4. Go back to Order Retrieval and Enable Remote and Timed Order Check and save settings
5. Test OLO order and verify that the orders are now printing or going to the KDS
