Print to an HP Printer from POS

POS: Print Report from POS to HP Printer

  1. Once you run a report, on the top right of the screen, you will see a printer icon.
  2. Select add printer from the drop down
  3. Select all services, and you will be prompted to log in with your gmail account for google play store.
  4. After log in, you will see this pop up where you can select HP Print Service Plugin
  5. Next you will install the app to the pos
  6. Once the app is installed, the app will auto open and you can exit out by hitting the power button once to turn screen off, then hit power button again to turn screen on. On the bottom of the screen, you will see a back arrow and a circle button. Please click the circle button once it appears as it will disappear in about 2-3 seconds. If it does disappear too fast, just turn screen off and on and try again.
  7. Now when you go back to reports, and select print, you'll select all printers again and you'll see it search for printers
  8. Click add printer and then select HP Print Service
  9. Then Choose on a Wi-Fi Network
  10. Next add the printer name and if both are on same network add the appropriate IP Address from your printer
  11. Once you add the details, it will search for the printer
  12. Once you see your printer, finish through the prompts and your report will now print to your office printer.
