POS: Refunding Same-Day Orders
How to Refund a POS Order that was placed the Same Day
- After logging in, select 'View All Orders'
- Go to the order and click the 3 lines
- Mark the order as 'Open'
- Highlight the order again
- Select 'Settle'
- In the bottom left corner, there is an option for 'Credit Card payment'
- Tap 'Remove payment'
- Refund completed
