POS: Refunding Same-Day Orders

How to Refund a POS Order that was placed the Same Day

  1. After logging in, select 'View All Orders'
  2. Go to the order and click the 3 lines
  3. Mark the order as 'Open'
  4. Highlight the order again
  5. Select 'Settle'
  6. In the bottom left corner, there is an option for 'Credit Card payment'
  7. Tap 'Remove payment'
  8. Refund completed
