POS: Applying Loyalty Points Manually

If your restaurant uses our integrated Loyalty Points System, you may find yourself at one time or other needing the ability to add loyalty points. This tutorial will help you with that.


1)  Enter the Customer tab in the top panel. Then, hit the "CUSTOMER PROFILE" button.




2)  Enter in the customer's phone number.  This is used to find the customer's information or create a new customer.




3)  For first time customers, remember to add in the customer's name.  You may also choose to enter their email.




4)  Enroll them in the loyalty program, and follow the guide on the pictures below to confirm their addition.







5) To manually add their points, we must first enter the new sub-menu that displays their loyalty settings.




6)  Enter the "Settings" tab in the top panel.




7)  The two top buttons are used for MANUAL adjustment of Loyalty Points.  In our example, we will be adding 100 loyalty points. 
NOTE: You will be prompted to give a reason for the addition as well as an expiration date.





8)  Hit "SAVE INFO" at the bottom of the screen in order to save all changes made in this current session.
